This place was fantastic! Coffee machine in the lobby was a blessing. Free beer all afternoon, Prosecco at 5pm. Breakfast was great, location great, room great, staff great, bikes great!!
We recently held our event at the hotel and stayed for 6 nights. Everything exceeded our expectations! Everyone loved their rooms and the bathrooms. Not to mention the breakfasts, the terrace, the conference room and it's close proximity to everything including the train station. We are immensely grateful to all the staff who were unbelievably patient and helpful, we cannot thank you enough!! We would definitely stay again and can highly recommend this place.
Can't think of one thing wrong with our stay here! Faultless from the moment we arrived! ALL staff were welcoming and helpful and spoke perfect English which is handy as my Italian is rubbish đ I would 100% recommend this hotel if you are looking to see this amazing city.
Nice place, got a room with a double bed. Very friendly service, and a great high quality complimentary breakfast. Only issue I had was with the shower, with the way it's designed the water overflows.
Spent 1 night here as a part of my Tuscany tour.
Great rooms, clean and comfortable, we had a room in the other hotel building which is slightly across the road from the main hotel building which is like a 1 minute walk away.
The breakfast was great and plentiful and everything tasted good with a wide range of things to choose from.
Their open bar is also a great hospitality and much apreciated to have a free cool drink when its so hot outside.
The hotel location directly in the old town is also excellent, everything is in easy walking distance, the additional option to rent a parking space for a extra fee was also good and the valet parks the car for you.
The only reason why i gave 4 stars to "service" instead of 5 is because there is no dinner option in the hotel or a evening bar, but in most cases this can be forgiven because the old town is filled with these anyway
Located just a stone throw of the heart of Lucca, close to most of the famous landscapes.Very well maintained hotel, great rooms and facilites. Ladies at the reception desks were very polite and helped us a lot with all the questions and curiosity.
Amazing hotel- from location to rooms to the front desk. I wouldnât stay anywhere else! Terrific breakfast to top it off.
Hotel staff were excellent. The room and the hotel in general was spotless. Great breakfast. Hotel location for the train station, walking or cycling (free hotel bikes) the wall and near enough to the centre of town with all its amenities. Complementary bottle of wine in the room was a lovely surprise. Also a nice touch was the complementary coffee and tea facility just off the lobby of the hotel.
